WMF Ultimate Black Knives

The WMF Ultimate Black Knives set includes a chef's knife, a carving knife, and a utility knife, each hand-forged in Hayingen, Germany. Blades carry a diamond-like carbon coating and a laser-ground edge designed to stay sharp through normal household use, and the brushed Cromargan stainless steel handles have protective bolsters. The set suits home cooks who want long-term edge retention.
