Gozney Tread

The Gozney Tread is a 13.5 kg portable outdoor oven made from aluminum and steel with a removable 12 mm cordierite stone. Its lateral gas burner reaches 500C in roughly 15 minutes and cools in about 20, and the 12.2 by 15 inch floor fits a 12-inch pizza or a cast-iron pan.
