Bialetti Moka Express

The Bialetti Moka Express is the original aluminum stovetop coffee maker, recognizable by its octagonal body and moustached mascot. It works on gas and electric hobs, builds pressure predictably for rich moka-style coffee, and has an easy-to-clean safety valve and a handle that stays cool. It suits anyone who wants strong coffee at home without pods, filters, or electricity.
